About us and these terms
ready2grow is operated by Gorvik Gupta, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001, India. When you place an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
You must be 18 or over and ordering for a business you own or are allowed to act for.
What you get
An r2g QR order includes a review page built for your business, with the Personalized Review Assistant (review suggestions your customers can use in English, Hinglish or Hindi) and your business links in one place, plus a printed QR stand that opens the page, delivered to your address.
Exactly what is included is what the r2g QR page lists when you order.
Your review page has no end date. It stays live for as long as ready2grow operates, and if we ever have to stop, we give you at least 60 days’ notice.
Placing an order
You order by filling in the form on our website. We build your page from the details you give us, so please check them carefully. An Order ID is created when you continue to payment. Your order is confirmed only once we have verified your payment.
We may decline an order, for example if we cannot verify the business, cannot deliver to your PIN code, or the content would break the law or Google’s rules. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the r2g QR page and on your payment screen before you pay. The price is a one-time payment with no subscription. ready2grow is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- You pay by UPI only, straight to our account: scan the QR code on the payment screen or pay to the UPI ID shown there. Please pay the exact amount and keep your Order ID as the payment note. We do not accept cash on delivery, cards or payment gateways.
- We check our bank account by hand and confirm your payment within 6 working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 am–7 pm). Until then your order shows “Payment under verification”.
- If we cannot match your payment, we may ask for your UPI transaction ID (UTR). If you pay less than the amount due, we ask for the balance or refund what you paid. If you pay more, we refund the difference.
- If we do not receive your payment, we close the order as “Payment not received”. If you did pay, send us your UTR and we will check it and reopen your order.
Coupons
- A coupon takes a fixed amount off the product price only. It never applies to delivery charges.
- One coupon per order. It must be applied when you place the order and cannot be added afterwards.
- Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- We can change or withdraw a coupon at any time. An order already placed keeps its discount.
- If an order with a coupon is refunded, we refund the amount you actually paid.
Your preview and approval
- After we verify your payment, we build your review page and email you a preview link within 3 working days.
- Please check everything: your business name and its spelling, your links, your WhatsApp number and every other detail.
- Up to 2 rounds of changes are included. You ask for them on your order status page. More rounds are at our discretion. Changes must stay within your order: corrections and adjustments, not a different business.
- When you approve the preview on your order status page, you confirm it is correct and allow us to print it. We record the date and time.
- After you approve, your review page and QR stand can’t be changed. We are not responsible for mistakes in details you gave us and approved.
- If we hear nothing from you for 30 days after sending your preview, even after reminders, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within India, to addresses our courier partners serve.
- Delivery is free for Varanasi addresses (PIN codes starting with 221). Everywhere else it costs ₹200, added to your total before you pay.
- We print and dispatch your QR stand within 3 working days after you approve your preview. Courier delivery then usually takes 3–7 days, depending on your PIN code. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- When your stand ships, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp, and show them on your order status page.
- Please give a complete address and a phone number that works. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or nobody was there to receive it, you pay the cost of sending it again.

Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete details.
- Only give us names, logos, photos and links you have the right to use.
- Your Google Business Profile is yours. You are responsible for it and for following Google’s rules.
Reviews and Google’s rules
The Personalized Review Assistant suggests wording to make reviewing easier for real customers. Each customer decides whether to use, edit or ignore it, and posts the review from their own Google account. We never write or post reviews ourselves.
You agree not to offer money, discounts, gifts or other rewards for reviews, not to pressure customers, and not to ask only happy customers to review you. Google does not allow these practices and may remove reviews or limit your profile.
ready2grow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google can change its rules, features and rankings at any time, and we do not guarantee any number of reviews, ratings, rankings, visitors or sales.
Your review page and its hosting
We host and maintain your review page ourselves on Cloudflare, using Cloudflare’s free plan. This is why there is no monthly hosting fee.
If Cloudflare ever suspends or closes the account your page is hosted on, we will move your page to another Cloudflare account at no cost to you. A move like this can change your page’s web address, which means the QR code on your stand may stop opening it. If that happens:
- we will tell you by email or WhatsApp;
- we will send you a print-ready PDF of your new QR code;
- you print the new QR code yourself and place it over the old one on your stand, so your customers can keep using r2g QR.
Printing and replacing the QR code in this case is your responsibility. It is not covered by a free reprint or a refund.
We work to keep your page fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may take a page down if it is used for anything illegal, misleading or abusive.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos and content, and you allow us to use them to build and host your review page. We keep ownership of our software, templates, designs and the review assistant. We may show your finished QR stand and page in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Parts of our service depend on others, including Cloudflare, Google, WhatsApp, UPI apps and banks, and courier partners. We are not responsible for their outages, delays or changes to their rules.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Misuse
We may refuse or stop a service if you give us false information, break the law, or use our work for anything illegal, misleading or abusive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. Courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a Consumer Commission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in place when you placed your order applies to that order, and each order records the version you accepted.
