Who we are
ready2grow ("we", "us") is operated by Gorvik Gupta, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001, India. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").
This policy applies to ready2grow.in and to orders for r2g QR. Email or WhatsApp us using the details on our Contact page.
What we collect
- Order details you give us: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, business name, Google Business Profile name, type of business, the description of your business, the platforms you are active on, your delivery address and any coupon code.
- Payment details: the amount, your Order ID (it is the note on your UPI payment), the UPI transaction ID (UTR) if you add it, and the payer name and UPI ID that appear in our bank statement. The payment itself happens inside your UPI app, so we never receive your bank account number, card details or UPI PIN.
- Order history: status changes, the preview link we send you, your approval or change requests (with the date and time), and the courier name and tracking number.
- Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone.
- Public business information: the public links to your business on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and similar platforms, which we look up to build your review page.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records these to keep the website secure and working, and we use them to stop spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your personal data only for these purposes:
- to build your review page and email you a preview of it;
- to check your payment, print your QR stand and ship it to you;
- to show your order status on our website and keep you updated by email or WhatsApp;
- to answer your questions, fix problems and handle cancellations and refunds;
- to keep our website and orders safe from fraud, spam and misuse;
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
We process this data with the consent you give when you place your order, and where the DPDP Act otherwise allows it (for example, to meet a legal duty). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell it.
Your review page is public
Your review page is made to be opened by anyone who scans your QR stand. It shows your business name, your business links and the WhatsApp number you give us for the Call and WhatsApp buttons. Check your preview carefully and tell us before you approve it if there is anything you do not want shown.
Reviews are posted by your customers on Google, from their own Google accounts, under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control or store those reviews.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored and processed by Cloudflare on its global network, so it may be held on servers outside India. This is allowed under the DPDP Act, and we use the same safeguards wherever your data is.
How long we keep it
- Unpaid orders: the personal details are erased automatically 30 days after we mark the order “Payment not received”. We keep only the Order ID, amounts, dates and statuses.
- Paid orders: for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order and your review page, and after that for as long as Indian law requires us to keep business and tax records.
- Security logs: a few days.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS. Only the owner can open order details, through a protected login that our server checks again on every request. We limit repeated attempts, collect as little as we can, and never handle card or bank details.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have it corrected, completed or updated;
- have it erased, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (this does not affect what we did before, but we may not be able to finish an order without your details);
- nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or are unable to;
- have your complaints answered by our grievance officer.
To use any of these rights, email us with your Order ID. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We reply within 7 days and complete requests within 30 days.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Orders are for people aged 18 or over who run or represent a business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and each order records the version you accepted when you placed it.
