Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan the stand with their phone camera and the page opens in their browser. It works on any smartphone.

Does it write fake reviews?

No. Customers choose what they actually experienced, can edit the draft, then paste it into Google and post it themselves from their own Google account. The assistant only helps them find the words.

Which languages does it support?

English, Hinglish and हिंदी. Customers switch with one tap.

Can I change my links or details later?

Yes, until you approve your preview. We email you a preview link of your review page before printing. Once you approve it, we print and ship your stand, and the page can’t be changed after that.

Does it work for my type of business?

If your customers visit you in person, yes: cafés, restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, shops and more. The choices customers tap are picked for your type of business.

How long until I get it?

We email you a preview of your review page within 3 working days of confirming your payment. Once you approve it, we dispatch your stand within 3 working days, and the courier usually delivers it in 3–7 days.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Yes, any time before you approve your preview, with a full refund. Once you approve it, we print your stand for your business, so it can’t be cancelled or returned. If it arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free. See our Refund & cancellation policy for details.
